Ordering and Delivery

Question: When can I expect my order?
Answer: The average delivery time is 7-15 days. Our products are sent directly from the supplier to you. Through this unique business model, we can save significantly on storage and transportation costs and offer the products at a lower price than competitors, with shipping costs covered by us.

Question: The expected delivery time has passed, where is my order?!
Answer: In 99% of cases, orders are delivered within the expected delivery time. However, it can sometimes happen that an order experiences delays in the delivery process. You can check the status of your order via this link. If you haven't received anything 3 days after the expected delivery time, please contact us.

Question: Some products are missing from my order, how is that possible?
Answer: Since we work with different suppliers, it's possible that products are shipped separately. If items are missing from your order, you typically receive them within 2-3 days.

Question: What are the shipping costs?
Answer: We cover the shipping costs of the order ourselves.* *Occasionally, we may offer a few items for FREE as part of a promotion. To partially cover the costs, we charge €6.95 for shipping.

Exchanges and Returns

Question: I'm not satisfied with my order, can I return it?
Answer: Yes. You can return any order to us within 14 days without specifying a reason.

Question: I want to return an item, what should I do?
Answer: If you're not satisfied with your order, you can exchange or return it within 14 days of receipt. Products must be returned in their original condition, with labels and tags intact. The product must not show any signs of use. A return shipment must always include a Track & Trace code. The sender is always responsible for the shipment. Once we receive the items you've returned, we'll ensure that the purchase amount is refunded to your account within 14 days.

Track and Trace

Question: Where can I find my Track & Trace code?
Answer: You can enter your email address and order number on this page to track your package.

Question: The Track & Trace code doesn't provide any information, why is that?
Answer: Track & Trace information becomes available once your package has arrived at the postal company. Please note that there may be some delay in the information updating.
